Running on the Beach

My good old friend, Heshan, and I started running on the beach as a fat burn out exercise. In fact I never thought it would give such impact on me. It’s not like running on normal ground. Each footstep presses the sand giving less pain in the ankle. The breeze and the view gives you the best inspiration to push the limits of your body. Wow! It really is awesome.

I need to give my heartiest thanks to the person who kept me pushing all the time. It is my fiancee who was the reason for all this.  Ah! I need to thank Heshan too because he came with me to run :)
